We don’t accept returns due to the nature of the handmade piece. We do our best to show you and describe the garments. If you have questions please ask before placing an order. We want to help you find the perfect clothing piece for your princess! So again, please ask. You will not regret it!
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
If you change your mind or select the wrong sizing you have two hours to contact us to change your order at sales@evalacuz.com. Please provide a detailed explanation on why you are requesting a change in your order so we can provide you exactly what you want. The two hours will start from the moment you submit your order.
We allow a 2-hour window for you to cancel your order. No exceptions. If you still have questions, please message us or email us at sales@evalacuz.com before canceling. We will love to help you!
If you received a faulty or incorrect item or size, please contact our Customer Experience team directly at sales@evalacuz.com. Please provide your order number, full name and supporting images. It is within our discretion to decide if a product is faulty or not. We recommend inspecting products upon delivery. We do not accept return on items that have basic wear and tear or have been misused. The garment must remain in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and have all the hang tags attached. You will have 14 days to verify your purchase. We will provide you a replacement (if available), drop in value or full refund. If you received an item that is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs will be reimbursed. You are required to email us at sales@evalacuz.com before returning an item for further return instructions.

We ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.
After payments and measurements are received your order will take me to do with shipping time:
United States: 4-8 business days
Puerto Rico: 1-2 weeks
Military APO/FPO: 2-3 weeks
The dates listed above follow the United States Postal Service shipping guidelines for Priority Mail shipping, as well as the processing time required for me to make your order. Shipping times do not include the possibility of weather delays or potential wide-spread postal delays.
Kindly verify the address you had provided us is correct. We don’t have control over your package once we send it, and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged package.
We charge a flat rate of $9.00 to US and PR orders only. We use the USPS Priority Mail service, which provides you with a unique tracking number for your package that can be tracked online at www.usps.com. Spend $200.00 or more and you will be eligible for free Priority Mail shipping. A Priority Express Mail option is available for $30.00 flat rate, to US orders only. Please allow up to 5 business days to create your garment ordered. We are able to combine multiple garments purchased, but when you order all of your items in the same order.

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Once your package has left Eva La Cúz studio the item/s are no longer in our control and any lost, stolen or delayed packages will not be refunded.
If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process or your package is unclaimed or unsuccessful in delivery, Eva La Cúz reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $10.00.
Because of variations in computer monitors, the actual color could slightly be different from the final product you will receive.
We do everything we can to describe and show pictures of the garments. If you are not sure on the color that you are seeing, we highly suggest you contact us before you place an order if you have specific questions about the colors or textures of fabrics.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk or Spam email folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email please email our Customer Experience team at sales@evalacuz.com.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.
Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame excludes delays caused by weather constraints.

We offer our size guide, but we would love and prefer to get the measurement of your little girl instead. Every baby princess is different! This piece can be made to order by emailing us at sales@evalacuz.com the measurements (in inches) shown in this diagram.
If you miss one of the categories asked we will create your garment by the size you order. For ordering, choose the closest size and write on the notes the measurements. You will have 2 hours from the moment your order is processed to email us her measurements.
No alterations will be made to change the style or design of our garments.
