We don’t accept returns due to the nature of the handmade piece but we are happy to exchange it for a different size. We do our best to show you and describe the garments. If you change your mind or select the wrong sizing you have 24-hours to contact us to change your order at info@evalacuz.com. Please provide a detailed explanation on why you are requesting a change in your order so we can provide you with exactly what you want. The 24-hours will start from the moment you submit your order.

We allow a 24-hour window for you to cancel your order. No exceptions. If you still have questions, please message us or email us at info@evalacuz.com before canceling. We will love to help you!

If you received a faulty or incorrect item or size, please contact our Customer Experience team directly at info@evalacuz.com. Please provide your order number, full name and supporting images. It is within our discretion to decide if a product is faulty or not. We recommend inspecting products upon delivery. We do not accept returns on items that have basic wear and tear or have been misused. The garment must remain in the original condition, unworn, and unwashed and have all the hang tags attached. You will have 14 days to verify your purchase. We will provide you a replacement (if available), drop in value or full refund. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs will be reimbursed. You are required to email us at info@evalacuz.com before returning an item for further return instructions.
